Our Bridge Loans provide you short-term financing to "bridge" the gap between now and when you may be looking to qualify for more conventional financing, or for when you're looking to sell the property. And an added plus, it gives you the time and the opportunity to increase your FICO or improve your DTI.

Do you need a short-term loan so you can fix and flip a house? Our fix and flip loans allow you to purchase a property under market value, rehab it, and then re-sell it as quickly as possible. Typically, a 1-year term with no prepayment premium, it enables investors like you to maximize returns on quick flips. If you have a larger rehab project that is going to take longer than one year, do not worry we also offer 2 year fix and flip options as well.

What is the minimum FICO score requirement?
Most programs do not require a minimum FICO Score. If your credit score is below 600, your options may be limited, but possible. A credit score over 600 is more favorable. The higher your score the better terms and rates may be. For instance...
A 1-year bridge loan does not have a minimum FICO to qualify. However, the FICO score will directly impact the max leverage.
A 2-year bridge loan has a minimum mid-FICO requirement of 500.
A Rental Program has a minimum mid-FICO requirement of 600.
